Governance

Laysion Network adopts a decentralized governance model where stakeholders, including validators, developers, and users, can participate in decision-making processes. This ensures that the ecosystem evolves and adapts in a manner that benefits all participants and maintains its decentralized nature.

DAO: With an implementation of a DAO, this enables $LAY holders to participate in network governance and to vote for change with regards to burn rate and rewards distribution. Stakers can vote on protocol upgrades, parameter changes, other governance issues and also utilization and distribution of SAFU fund tokens to increase the insurance pot.

Developer incentives/Development Grants: Provide grants or incentives in LAY tokens to developers who build innovative Dapps and solutions on the Laysion Network. Another key feature is to allow the community to vote for the projects that are eligible for the incentives/grants.
