Troubleshooting

When you start using LayBot, you might encounter some unfamiliar conditions. To assist you on your journey, we've defined some of the most common issues

Stuck / Hanging

Sometimes it seems like Telegram UI got stuck. Prevent these hangs by giving command /laybot /logs again and dialog box appears respectively.

/laybot and /logs commands are conversation based. It returns dialog box so user can give instructions and fetch or update data.

/laybot Buttons not working

Make sure your most recent messages and options are not relevant to other commands (/logs, /start, /stop).

Its an uni-conversation design, at a time you can have conversation with one dialog box or command.
